About our group :
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Americas Brick & Mortar and Consumer Sales, we are looking for an exceptional entrepreneur, and collaborator to join us as a Sales Representative II for Brick and Mortar.
In this role you will be responsible for the business at Major Brick and Mortar Retail Customers and will apply your innovation, analytical mindset, and creative approach to define and execute the strategic direction for measurable growth of the business.
About the role - you will :
Promote company products and services & Develop plans and strategies to win at your accounts
Work with cross functional teams (Pricing, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, legal, Technical Support) to define the GTM for your accounts and execute the business plan
Focus on Q+2 planning and forecasting to align with company targets
Monitor market and competitor activity. Assist cross-functional teams in recommended actions
Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs
Deliver the plan of record
Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans
Complete understanding of market dynamics and sales reporting
Communicate and foster relationships with clients
About you :
Direct retail account experience
BA Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
Experience working with remote staff in diverse environments & segments.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
