Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience

Location : 266 S Left Hand Fork Springville, UT 84663 (Hobble Creek Canyon)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Flexible

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

Responsibilities

• Limited caseloads : No more that 8 that allow for establishing good rapport with clients.
• Evidence-Based Practices : Emphasize your knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions (DBT, TF-CBT, Smart Recovery, Seeking Safety,
• Client-Centered Approach : Stress your commitment to providing client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group & family therapy needs.
• Collaborative Care : Express a willingness to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and other specialists.
• Ability to work with a diverse population and understanding cultural nuances is crucial, especially in a diverse area like Springville, UT.
• Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous & timley documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
• Contribute to the achievement of program goals by implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.
• Oversee the fulfillment of program completion and discharge requirements for all students : Most Critical Outcome is 80% of program completion for your caseload.
• Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
• Seize the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with adolescents and their families, bringing joy to their lives and contributing to generational healing.

Qualifications

• Minimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related discipline.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.
• A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
• A desire to perform and develop counseling / therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
• Preffered - Two years of working experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Preffered - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
