- Analyze market trends and consumer insights
- Develop and recommend long-term strategic plans based on data-driven analysis, encompassing cross-functional areas such as sales, marketing, and supply chain.
- Measure and track key brand performance indicators, financial metrics, and marketing investments, taking proactive actions based on analytical findings.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging analytics to optimize communication materials across various touch points.
- Align cross-functional teams to execute commercial plans effectively, utilizing analytics to drive decision-making and achieve financial targets.
- Mentor junior team members in utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to optimize brand performance and enhance decision-making processes.
Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong foundation in analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product / brand management, showcasing a track record of utilizing analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Exhibits proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and financial metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic plans.
- Has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Displays strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex analytical findings to diverse audiences and influencing decision-makers.
- Shows a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in analytics within the industry.
