We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely execution of various technology and business initiatives, driving project success, and maintaining expectations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong leadership skills, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all IT projects, including planning, objectives, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project delivery. Proactively address issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including status reports, progress metrics, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Champion IT documentation, ensuring meticulous records of processes and systems.
  • Utilize Project Management software with expertise, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME), to create projects, manage project stages, assignments, notifications, workflows, forms, etc.

and to provide guidance and training to employees.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.

g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record in leading and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ability to research and troubleshoot issues and produce high quality, accurate work.
  • Robust proficiency in project management software preferably ClickUp, with a deep understanding of functionalities and capabilities to optimize project management.
  • Innate ability to operate in a dynamic, problem-solving environment with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Sound understanding of technology infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, storage, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of related technologies preferred.

NYC Pay range : $85,000 - $115,000
