A law firm seeks a Healthcare Litigation Associate Attorney licensed in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, or related practice areas.

Duties :
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare litigation cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Assist in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery requests
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
- Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and client management
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or related practice areas
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications :
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
