Job Description
A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire a Full-time board certified, highly skilled, and compassionate Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner covering 2 nursing homes in Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic City, NJ who has at least one year of experience with a NJ state license.
The organization offers $145K-$187K per year, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, malpractice insurance, and retirement plan.
Responsibilities :
- Assessing patients' health, diagnosing conditions, and collaborating with physicians on treatment plans,
- Managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, and responding to urgent medical needs,
- Conducting health screenings, administering immunizations, and performing routine physical exams,
- Documenting patient information accurately and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and
- Recommend tools and devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
Qualifications :
- Board-Certified Adult or Family NP,
- Active NJ state license,
- One year of experience,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Effective time management skills, and
- High organizational skills.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- Day shift from 9 am to 5 pm. Job Type :
