Join NorthStar Anesthesia as a Regional Director of CRNA Services in Detroit, Michigan , and play a pivotal role in our senior leadership team.
Your impact will drive the success and growth of our anesthesia departments within Corewell Health, positioning you at the forefront of our Detroit market's rapid expansion.
This leader will oversee all of Corewell Health East , including the Royal Oak, Troy, Grosse Pointe, Dearborn, Taylor, Trenton, and Wayne locations.
This is a full time, W2 employed position that comes with a highly competitive compensation plan ($325,000 year one) inclusive of the following :
Compensation and Benefits :
- Base Salary : $245,000
- Leadership Stipend : $40,000
- Sign-On Bonus : $40,000
- PTO : 6 weeks
- Work schedule with approximately 80% clinical duties and 20% administrative duties (an average of one day per week can be worked from a hospital office or remotely)!

What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with key facility and corporate partners to ensure the region's optimal success. You will :
- Mentor and develop our Chief CRNAs, building leadership strength within the team.
- Focus on attracting top-tier CRNA talent by cultivating a culture of excellence and strong leadership at clinical sites.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (operations, physicians, clients, etc.) to address challenges and seize opportunities at both the site and market level.
- Maintain a business-owner mindset, ensuring that our CRNA clinical operations run efficiently with an unwavering focus on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in our market's growth strategy by participating in business development and start-up initiatives.
- Stay clinically proficient and actively engaged.
What Characteristics and Qualifications You Will Need

- Possess Chief level or equivalent experience, although we prioritize mindset and cultural alignment in our hiring process.
- Maintain CRNA certification in good standing with the NBCRNA and the state Board of Nursing.
- Be based in or near Detroit, Michigan.
