As a Technical Program Manager at BDG, you will be essential in ensuring all engineering products and services are successfully delivered (e.
g. against scope, cost, time, quality) and maintained through business operations. You will be responsible for aligning cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives that work toward larger organizational goals.
This includes oversight of the full project lifecycle from inception to implementation with the ability to manage multiple project statuses and teams.

You will also be heavily involved in user acquisition efforts and will need a strategic and results-driven mindset. You’ll align engineering, revenue operations, business intelligence, and editorial on how to run a / b tests, report on results, and measure success.
This position sits within the engineering org, and you will need to have the technical prowess to understand software development and implementation well enough to break down these concepts to other organizational stakeholders.
