Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $16 - $22 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team! This position provides a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff and visitors.

• Cleans public areas of the building as assigned. This environmental services schedule includes;
• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time, day shifts
• Weekends & holidays as needed

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is a multi-award winning nursing and care community in Burnsville, MN. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, and conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split.

The Care Center offers short-term and long-term skilled nursing care and services for seniors needing daily assistance or ongoing nursing care.

Our warm and welcoming community offers 56 private suites and 17 semi-private suites. Minneapolis / St. Paul Magazine named us a Top Senior Community in 2021.

Responsibilities / Job Description

• Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care
• Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed
• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Assists residents with laundry as requested
• Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
• Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors

Qualifications

Required :

• Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies / procedures and safety sheets

Preferred :

Work experience in cleaning or similar environment
