The TOPS internship provides the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks. The work is project based and will afford the intern contact with personnel from various disciplines within SC Johnson.
The assignment that will be given to interns is driven by critical business needs that the organization has at the time of the internship.
All positions will provide interns the opportunity to gain valuable experience while working closely with knowledgeable professionals and getting exposure to executive management.
Internship project assignments typically include positions in areas such as Finance, RD&E, Supply Chain, HR, or Marketing.

Internship Benefits and Perks :
The TOPS Program leads into our functional internship program once you're in your junior year of college. As part of our functional internship experience, you'll be considered in the priority pipeline for full-time roles at SC Johnson after you've completed your bachelor's degree.

- Company Store : You'll have access to our on-site company stores (Racine locations) to purchase SCJ products at a discount.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies :
- Alignment with a career interest that SCJ roles support (i.e. Marketing, Research, Development & Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, or Supply Chain).
- New members to TOPS must be current junior or senior Racine high school student.
- Must be pursuing a 4-year degree at college or university.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies :
- Declared major by the 1st semester of Sophomore year of college
- Currently enrolled in the TOPS program
Job Requirements :
- Full time Monday- Friday
- 10-12-week summer internship
- This position is not eligible for remote work
