Responsibilities :

- Provide Expert Advice : Offer guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on patient care.
- Training Programs : Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
- Liaison Role : Act as a bridge between nursing staff, physicians, hospital administration, and other healthcare professionals.
- Policy Development : Assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Data Analysis : Review and analyze healthcare data to monitor patient outcomes and enhance care.
- Research Participation : Engage in research studies to stay current with the latest healthcare trends and advancements.
- Patient Advocacy : Assist with patient advocacy and education.
- Legal and Ethical Guidance : Provide expert advice on legal and ethical matters in regards to nursing and resident care.
