Overview :
We are seeking dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.
This role offers significant overtime opportunities and potential career growth. If successful, we will pay for you to become a licensed insurance agent, opening doors to long-term opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact clients to schedule appointments for Medicare consultations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Accurately document client information and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications :
- No prior customer service experience required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work in our Trevose, PA office.
- Willingness to work weekends starting October 1st, with increased availability during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (October 15th - December 7th).
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule :
