Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Circulator Job Specialty : Operating Room (OR) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Variable hours, 07 : 00-15 : 30 Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required License : Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted) Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have : - Neurosurgery experience - Proficiency in a variety of service lines- Circulator experience required Job Description : Provide exceptional patient care with a positive and caring attitude.
- Participate as a key team member in a variety of surgical procedures, including Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Cardiovascular, Robotics, General, and Urology.
- Utilize Meditech documentation system while maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.- Adhere to hospital policies, including floating responsibilities as needed across the facility.
- Maintain a professional appearance with facility-provided scrubs; adhere to dress code regarding personal grooming and visible piercings.
- Commit to ensuring outstanding quality and great service, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, technicians, pharmacists, housekeepers, and therapists to deliver excellence in healthcare.
- Emphasize safety protocols to comply with Leapfrog Group's safety standards.- Contribute to a cohesive unit environment that leverages new technology and benefits from staff tenure and experience.
