As a Remote Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests via phone, email, and chat.
Your main goal will be to ensure that all guests have a positive experience and receive prompt and effective assistance with any inquiries or issues.
Key responsibilities :
- Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
- Assist guests with booking information, reservations, and general questions
- Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements :
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using remote communication tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
