In this vital role you will be a key member of the U.S. Value & Access, Coverage and Pricing organization responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a plan of action for pricing, reimbursement, and contracting strategy to improve payer coverage within pricing goals.

The Senior Associate (reporting to a Senior Manager) will help develop and implement coverage and pricing strategy, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, across the inflammation portfolio.

In this dynamic environment, this role interacts cross functionally with Market Access, Value Marketing, Patient Access, Ecosystems & Insights, Sales, Brand Marketing, Government Affairs, Trade & Distribution, Business Unit Leadership, Finance, Accounting, and Legal.

This role will provide a strong foundation in the U.S. healthcare market and is a good avenue to many future commercial healthcare roles.

• Support Coverage & Pricing plan of action for inflammation products, including strategy development for internal and external partners
• Engage with field teams (Sales & Market Access) to receive, prioritize, and handle account inquiries and customer responses
• Participate in pricing and contracting scenarios, contract decisions, and annual forecasting processes
• Support the rollout and maintenance of key contracting and pricing software (e.g., Conga and Contracting IQ)
• Track payer coverage across the Inflammation portfolio and maintain dashboards to ensure clear understanding of the market landscape
• Develop tools and communications across internal and external partners, including navigating the material approval process
• Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and collaborators by seeking consensus and providing ongoing support to address business needs
• Routinely interact with senior leadership and other high-level, cross functional committees or teams

Basic Qualifications :

Master's degree

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of in either sales, marketing, contracting and / or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations

Associate's degree and 6 years of in either sales, marketing, contracting and / or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of in either sales, marketing, contracting and / or pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations

Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to work independently and achieve results with multiple competing priorities
• Outstanding written / oral communication skills and executive presence across functions and across different levels of leadership
• Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and handle execution
• Experience in understanding modeling, being able to analyze, and draw conclusions from multiple, sophisticated data sources
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical / biotech environment and broader US Healthcare landscape
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence different styles
