Musical Instrument Repair Technician
POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a Musical Instrument Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of store inventory.
The successful candidate will have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and a foundational knowledge of Guitar Center products.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements :
Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferences :
Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
