Pay Rate : $7.00 plus tips Shift Details : Tuesday - Saturday 12P - 8 : 30PM

Cocktail Server
Job Purpose or Objective(s) : Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet / bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed.
You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.
Primary Tasks :
1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.
2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.
3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.
5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.
6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses / bottles and cleaning ashtray.
8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned
Job Requirements :
- Can obtain / maintain ABLE Certification
- Read write and understand simple instructions
- 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires basic math skills
