Job Posting : Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant
Location : Salem, OR
We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Consultant (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PSY-D, or PhD) to join our team. This role involves providing trauma-informed care, individual therapy, and case management for adults and some children.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual therapy and initial assessments.
- Manage cases and coordinate care.
- Provide trauma-informed care for chronic mental health issues.
- Utilize SBIRT or MPHQ practices.
- Maintain EHR records.
- Participate in MAT services.
- Use de-escalation techniques in crises.
Qualifications :
- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PSY-D, or PhD in Mental Health.
- Ability to bill for services.
- Experience in trauma-informed care and chronic mental health issues.
- Proficient in EHR systems.
- Effective de-escalation skills.
- No SUD or CADC required.
