Responsibilities :
- Create and monitor consistency in procedures forevaluation service provision and dismissal (bilingual AAC and otherpopulationspecific needs).
- Understand districtprograms / curriculum and facilitate consistency amongclinicians.
- Facilitate an alignment for acontinuum of services from early childhood through highschool.
- Serve as a liaison betweenadministration and the clinical team.
- Catalogassessment kits protocols and material needs.
- Support training onboarding and mentoring new cliniciansand clinical fellowships.
- Support clinicalprofessional development in disproportionality evidencebasedpractices developmentally appropriate practices including districtclinicians in areas of expertise sharing resources / tools forevaluation caseload management and treatment.
- Facilitate problemsolving through case studies to assistin clinical growth.
- Connect districtclinicians when needed to support clinical growth.
- Maximize and support talent development in eachSpeechLanguage Pathologist.
- Take on any otherresponsibilities as deemed necessary to support district cliniciansincluding but not limited to service delivery conductingevaluations attending case conferences and developing / reviewingevaluation reports.
- Facilitate monthlydistrict speechlanguage pathologist meetings.
Qualifications :
- A valid license from the Indiana Department of EducationDivision of Professional Standards OR the Indiana ProfessionalLicensing Agency (ASHA) is required.
- Licensingareas may include but are not limited to Speech Pathologist Speechand Hearing Therapist Speech Language and Hearing Clinician orCommunication Disorders.
