Job Description
We are seeking an autonomous, entrepreneurial Sr. Growth Product Marketing Manager to lead our entire client growth & acquisition practice.
This is only the second role to be opened on the Marketing team, reporting to our Head of Marketing. This is not just about building an internal Growth practice for Savvy's financial advisors;
it's about building Savvy’s marketing culture from scratch and owning the full client acquisition funnel from top to bottom for both Savvy and its advisors.
You will act as the GM of client growth responsible for the Marketing P&L, the strategy, and the execution. This role offers unprecedented autonomy : You will be the decision-maker who shapes how Savvy approaches client acquisition and Growth in scalable and repeatable ways across channels like PR, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Lifecycle Management, Events, Partnerships, and more.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Chief of Staff, and the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the GM / P&L owner for the client growth side of the business, responsible for both strategy and execution across the complete client acquisition funnel.
- Build and lead an internal agency-of-record model for Savvy’s advisors, providing a suite of full-service marketing capabilities.
- Achieve quantitative client acquisition goals through organic and paid marketing efforts, both for the Savvy brand and our individual advisors.
- Actively manage the P&L for client growth, establishing and optimizing payback periods for various acquisition channels.
- Develop and execute growth strategies spanning PR, SEO, SEM, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Growth / Retention / Lifecycle, Events, and Partnerships.
- Bring a product, service, or company GTM motion from zero to one. Experience in scaling new initiatives at either early-stage or established companies is a must.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of growth marketing or related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
- Proven expertise in high-growth environments, with a strong preference for fintech or tech companies.
- Experience in bringing a GTM motion from zero to one, whether in an early-stage company or an established environment.
- An independent self-starter who's unafraid to take risks, think outside the box, and operate like an owner.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in managing a P&L and optimizing payback periods.

About The Role
In this high-impact role, you will work directly under the Head of Marketing and closely with the CEO, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Your responsibilities will be far-reaching and include :
- Building the Marketing Culture : As one of the first key hires in marketing, you'll be responsible for setting the tone, processes, and culture of the department.
- End-to-End Ownership : You will act as the GM for client growth, responsible for everything from strategy to execution across the complete client acquisition funnel.
- Channel growth : Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, spanning PR, SEO, SEM, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Growth / Retention / Lifecycle, Events, Partnerships, and more.
- Strategic Leadership : You'll bring a product or a company’s GTM motion from zero to one, owning both strategy and execution while scaling new initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Set up and leverage analytics / BI tools to measure the effectiveness of different channels and strategies, making data-informed decisions for future campaigns to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- We’re looking for a seasoned, autonomous, and entrepreneurial Sr. Growth Product Marketing Manager to join our team and significantly contribute to the evolution of an industry-transforming fintech wealth management firm.
- You're someone who thrives in high-growth environments and has successfully brought products, services, or entire companies from zero to one extra points if it’s within the tech and / or wealth management space.
- As a key member of our team, you will own the full client acquisition funnel for both Savvy and its advisors, acting as the "General Manager" of client growth.
- Your track record of achieving quantitative goals in complex marketing landscapes will be crucial as you work alongside other internal teams like Product, Design, and Engineering.
- You're an independent self-starter, willing to take calculated risks and think outside traditional frameworks.
- You have robust analytical capabilities, have managed a P&L, and can optimize payback periods for various acquisition channels.
