Expert sales people required to deal with our inbound, hot b2b leads for home services from property managers
Working at our downtown clearwater location in office only from 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

Proven Closing Track Record : Demonstrated success in closing sales over the phone or in similar roles.
- Excellent Communication : Strong verbal skills to convey value propositions, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
- Tech-Proficient : Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools; quick to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities
- Masterful Closing : Converting high-potential leads into loyal customers
- Engagement : Persuasively engage with incoming leads, assess their needs, and position services accordingly.
- Negotiation : Navigate objections and negotiations to finalize agreements.
- Relationship Management : Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Insight : Use deep product knowledge to provide customized solutions.
- CRM Utilization : Efficiently track interactions, manage leads, and monitor sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team Contribution : Share insights and strategies with team members to enhance collective success.
Compensation
- Pay Range : $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
- Additional Compensation : Bonuses, commissions, and other financial incentives.
