Job Description :
Responsible for managing the revenue accounting function for certain business / product lines.
Ensures accounting month-end close deliverables are completed accurately and timely. Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.
Assess and implement proper revenue recognition process for new products and business initiatives.
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
CPA highly preferred and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area with 4+ years of supervisory experience.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
