Salary Range : $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description :
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a background in real estate litigation , construction law , and contract management .
You will be a key point of contact for clients, handling litigation filings and managing cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and file litigation documents (e.g., notices of hearing , deposition notices , etc.).
- Manage CourtMaps , E-filing Portal , and E-courtesy .
- Utilize billing software , specifically MyCase .
- Assist with real estate closings and provide support on transactional matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
Experience & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (preferably in real estate and construction ).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
- Experience with case management software (MyCase preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required .
