Job Summary : The Call CenterCustomer Service Assistant is responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service to clients by handling inquiries resolving issuesand ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellentcommunication skills a patient and empathetic demeanor and theability to work in a fastpaced environment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional andcourteous manner.
- Assist customers with theirinquiries complaints and requests.
- Provideaccurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions and update customerrecords in the database.
- Follow up withcustomers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towardscustomers at all times.
- Achieve personal andteam performance targets.
- Participate intraining sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customerservice best practices.
- Collaborate with teammembers and other departments to resolve customerissues.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Strong problemsolvingabilities.
- Ability to remain calm andprofessional under pressure.
- Proficiency inusing computers and customer service software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention todetail.
