Provides quality nursing care to the patient in the Imaging Services department. Identifies patient needs and priorities for care and the attainment of / or progress towards patient outcomes.
Coordinates care between other professional disciplines as needed.
Education required :
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
License / Certification or Registration :
- Current Alabama Nursing License required.
- BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS certification is required within 1 year of hire.
Experience :
Previous nursing experience in a critical care setting required.
Additional skills / abilities :
Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
