We are is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks for executives.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by executives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
