Shift : 12-hr Days | 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)

Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the facility.
• Assist surgeons in the CVOR with complex open-heart procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, and other cardiac surgeries.
• Monitor patient condition intraoperatively and respond to critical situations with precision and urgency.
• Maintain and prepare surgical instruments and equipment specific to open-heart procedures.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical team members, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs.
• Ensure the CVOR environment remains sterile and compliant with all infection control protocols.
• Participate in continued education and maintain current knowledge in cardiac surgical procedures.

Qualifications :

BLS Basic Life Support (AHA)
