As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to assess, plan implement and evaluate the nursing care of psychiatric clients.\n\nThese functions include : \n

• Demonstrating leadership while performing nursing care to clients in crisis.\n
• Identifying and assessing client psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious needs.\n
• Administering client medications and providing knowledge of medications and side effects.\n
• Documenting client treatment details.\n
• Assisting physicians with transcriptions and implementation of orders.\n
• Maintaining compliance by completing necessary training.\n\nQualifications\n
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.\n
• Maintains current BLS / Healthcare Provider certification.\n
