We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Car Sales Associates at WESTWAY FORD.
This position is full-time!
Previous Automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new / used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process following company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
Requirements
- Must have sold cars before.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen before employment

Responsibilities
Be able to build relationships with customers.
Adapt consultative selling skills.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits them by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously learn and develop product knowledge.
Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
Needs to be available to work Monday-Saturday
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time learning new product ins and out’s, eager to improve
Strong communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
