Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department role requiring a KS or compact RN license and Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work primarily in the Emergency Room with coverage shared between ER and Med / Surg floor
  • Facility includes one trauma bay and three exam rooms
  • Team-based environment where nurses may assist both ER and inpatients as needed
  • Night shift schedule working 3x12 hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 00
  • Travelers may be required to float to the Med / Surg unit
  • Travel experience is not required for this position
  • Team collaboration is essential for effective care in both ER and inpatient settings
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
  • No specific charting system experience required

    • Requirements

  • Active KS or Compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience required
  • CAH (Critical Access Hospital) experience required
  • One professional reference required for consideration
