Job Description :
- Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
- Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
- Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic / tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross- functional teams to address business issues.
- May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
- Working with NA Direct business ($M+) leading the team's business planning, forecasting and digital marketing efforts.
- Works daily with Finance, Planning, & Performance Marketing teams to forecast the business and ensure channels are optimized against DCI funds to deliver targets while ensuring that the team has a clear line of sight to levers that are / aren’t driving business growth or building business cases to unlock additional funds.
- Leads communication of business performance to NALT, responding to questions and delivering any additional analysis as needs arise.
- Will play a key roll in the onboarding efforts of new marketing agency, making sure they build the right KPI dashboards for attribution analysis.
