Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate non-Korean ethnic markets, increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and distributors in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs specifically within non-Korean ethnic communities.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and follow up with existing clientele to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products to enhance visibility and product knowledge among potential clients.
- Provide periodic sales reports and territory analyses to the management team, suggesting improvements based on market feedback and sales trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, especially within ethnic markets. Experience with Chinese markets is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and consumer behavior in various ethnic segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual in Chinese is required.
- Ability to travel as needed within the sales territory.
