Job Description :
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible fordesigning implementing and optimizing technology solutions thatmeet the unique needs of our clients.
You will work closely withsales teams clients and other technical staff to understand clientrequirements and deliver tailored solutions.
This role requires astrong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and theability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technicaland nontechnical stakeholders.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Collaborate with sales teams to understandclient needs and propose appropriate technicalsolutions.
- Design develop and implement customtechnology solutions that align with client businessobjectives.
- Provide technical expertise duringthe presales and postsales phases including solution demonstrationsproof of concept (POC) development and technicalpresentations.
- Configure test and troubleshoothardware and software systems to ensure they meet clientspecifications and performancestandards.
- Assist in the preparation oftechnical proposals including solution architecture projecttimelines and cost estimates.
- Act as theprimary technical point of contact for clients throughout thesolution delivery process.
- Conduct trainingsessions and workshops for clients to ensure they can effectivelyuse the implemented solutions.
- Stay up to datewith the latest industry trends tools and technologies to providecuttingedge solutions.
- Work closely withproduct development teams to provide feedback on client needs andcontribute to product improvements.
- Documentsolution architectures configurations and processes for internaland client reference.
- Provide ongoing supportand maintenance for deployed solutions including troubleshootingand resolving technical issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology Engineering or a relatedfield.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in atechnical solutions engineering role.
- Strongknowledge of software development networking cloud computing andsystems integration.
- Proficiency in programminglanguages such as Java Python or C# and scripting languages likeBash or PowerShell.
- Experience with cloudplatforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies(VMware HyperV).
- Strong understanding ofnetworking principles including TCP / IP DNS VPNs andfirewalls.
- Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to think critically andcreatively.
- Strong communication skills withthe ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
- Experience with DevOps practicesCI / CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins Ansible) is aplus.
- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
