Requirements :
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities that may include :
- Managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Setting goals and delegating tasks to their teams.
- Following up and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include :
- Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Overseeing sales promotions and training service staff in service procedures.
- Organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include :
- Ensuring great quality food delivery to customers.
- Maintaining food safety and controlling food costs.
- Training kitchen staff in production procedures.
The People Department Manager’s responsibilities may include :
- Hiring qualified crew and scheduling them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Ensuring Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
Additional Info and Department Manager Benefits :
RDM Level 1 starting wage $19.00
2 weeks paid vacation based on average hours worked after being in a management position for one year.
Paid Sick Leave.
401k Profit Sharing Plan after 1 year of service (must be over 21, have worked for one year, have at least 1000 hours worked, and LIM Grad).
Eligible for up to $2,400 in bonuses per year.
Health Insurance available to FT employees working on average 30+ hours per week.
Tuition Assistance - $2,500 / yr for Crew and $3,000 / yr for Managers.

$0.25 pay increase on base pay after 1 year of service.
$0.50 pay increase on base pay after 4 years of service.
Overnight Premium Pay (Applies only to 24-hour restaurants) - We will pay an additional $0.50 per hour to employees with availability to work from 10 pm to 5 am during their overnight shift.
