Ascend Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 and System Administrator to join our innovative 365 Administrative team. The position is primarily onsite with some hybrid flexibility. Ascend NPS provides IT strategy, design, management, and support for nonprofit organizations in the Carolinas. We are experiencing significant growth and need to augment our team with an individual who :

• Possesses extensive experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Responsibilities : Customer Service :

Network and System Administration :

HIPAA-compliant 365 infrastructure for Ascend client agencies. (Well-rounded across Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Defender, Teams, Intune)

On-premise switching and network infrastructure (VLANs, ACLs, WiFi).

System Design :

Hosted 365 environments for client agencies.

System Security and Stability :
