About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to join our growing marketing team. This role is critical in supporting marketing initiatives for our commercial real estate division. You will work closely with the Division Operations Manager and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals to produce high-quality marketing materials for broker teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral including :
• Real estate packages, proposals, and site plans
• Aerial maps, flyers, social media graphics, and postcards
• Email blast templates and other digital assets
• Create print-ready materials for commercial real estate campaigns
• Collaborate with senior marketing coordinator for project training and guidance
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables
• Support marketing team in structuring and backfilling roles during team expansion
