As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.
This position will work in the Rehab Works Department working with chronic pain / work hardening and general orthopedic patients

Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab
Shift : Full Time, 40 hours / week : Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift
Experience :
1. Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting
2. Experience with Chronic Pain / Work Hardening patients highly preferred
Education :
1. Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.
2. BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
Licensures / Certifications :
1. Current PA Physical Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) is required on hire.
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
