You'll build relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment experience for everyone involved.
What you'll do : - Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess skills and experience.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and present top talent.
