Job Summary

This individual is an emerging expert in strategy-related and / or transformation activities and a growing leader on the team without specific direct reports.

This individual will support leadership by delivering projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to help drive growth, drive the strategy to activate AI everywhere across HCSC, enhance understanding of the business impacts of AI across all divisions, and transform our operating model enabled by technology.

This position is part of the Center for Responsible AI and will lead the AI Literacy and Awareness program for the Enterprise.

Required Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree / Master’s Degree / MBA and 7 years of general industry experience or 3 years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
  • Strategy Development / Planning / Implementation : Knowledge of corporate strategy and / or transformation core skill sets;

experience formulating, planning, and / or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.

  • Analysis / Synthesis / Insight Generation : Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations / prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
  • Critical Thinking / Problem Solving : Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight.
  • Project Management : Experience managing complex projects with some oversight.
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness : Ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with leadership with some oversight.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels.
  • Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.

Preferred Job Qualifications :

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially the health insurance sector.
  • Experience with implementing strategic programs across myriad audiences with varying degrees of subject matter understanding.
  • Knowledge of adult learning and development concepts
  • Experience with corporate strategy, growth, product, business transformation efforts, technology-enablement, or business case development
  • Experience with change management strategies and implementations
  • Working knowledge of and experience with AI concepts and strategies for scaling at the enterprise level.
  • Ability to process information quickly and produce timely materials and documents
  • Ability to communicate and influence all levels of employees in a corporate environment
  • Expert content creation skills for tasks such as drafting copy for website, creating slides and status reports
  • Strong project management experience ability to define needs and then design, fine-tune, and make recommendations for solutions
  • Strong ability to facilitate meetings, develop action plans and delegate responsibilities
  • Experience with presenting business cases and strategy to C-Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Base Pay Range

$107,300.00 - $193,800.00
