About The Position
Job Title : Clinical Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 17 weeks Shift : 8 hours, 08 : 30 AM to 05 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week Experience : 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License : Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications : Basic Life Support Must-Have : - Current driver's license and a clear driving record for the past two years- Proof of automobile insurance as required by law Job Description : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Provide supervision and clinical oversight for home health staff.- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
