I am currently hiring for a sales coordinator position for rapidly growing manufacturing company in Brea, CA
Direct Hire
8am-5pm
We are looking for an energetic, aggressive, self-starter, competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives with new, existing, and prospective clients nationwide.
You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Will also assist with data entry, researching, organizing and packing up shipments. Must have technical knowledge to assist with trouble shooting of products.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Qualifying, following up, and tracking sales leads
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Document sales, quotes, or other business-requested information
- Team with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos and training for prospects
- Assists in providing support and guidance to clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of overachieving quota
- At least 2 - 5 years of sales experience is preferred
- Comfortable with cold or warm calling and emailing prospects
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applications are required.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
