We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective office functions, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Document Management : Maintain and organize files, records, and documents. Ensure proper filing and retrieval of information.
- Office Management : Manage office supplies, track inventory, and ensure the office is well-maintained.
- Communication : Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Event Coordination : Assist with planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Miscellaneous Tasks : Handle various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
