Surgical Oncologist Needed at Best Place to Work in Columbia, SC

Lexington Surgery is seeking an experienced board-certified Surgical Oncologist to join our team of general, surgical oncology, colorectal, bariatric, and reconstructive plastic surgeons.

In addition to a clinical expansion, Lexington Medical Cancer Center expanded to meet the needs of patients in a new medical oncology facility that encompasses 60,000 square feet and includes infusion, outpatient pharmacy, imaging and ancillary patient-directed services, such as our navigation services and Cancer Registry.

Lexington Medical Cancer Center has also partnered with MUSC Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, SC. Lexington Medical Center patients access to MUSCs National Cancer Institute-designated clinical trials and continue to ensure they receive high quality and comprehensive cancer services.

Lexington Medical Centers Oncology program has been awarded by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer, the Cancer Center of Excellence and is 1 of only 4 hospitals in the state of South Carolina to be Quality Oncology Practice Initiative certified.

• Complex Surgical Oncology : hepatobiliary, soft tissue, and breast
• Provide surgical services for patients in the community, to include our established breast cancer program and high-risk breast clinic
• Acute Care Surgery Service provides call coverageno emergent call responsibilities
