Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB / GYN Job Summary The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible physician to join the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) for a full-time faculty position.
Responsibilities include clinical care (prenatal diagnosis and treatment, advanced obstetric ultrasound, invasive procedure and high-risk pregnancy consultation and care);
teaching our outstanding residents and medical students, perinatal outreach, as well as involvement with clinical outcomes or basic research.
We offer PhD supported research programs, and our faculty members coordinate grants. Dedicated research time is available and will be consistent with the applicant’s research experience and interest.
The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine has a Board-Approved three-year Fellowship which takes one fellow each year. Experience in teaching and supervising medical students and resident physicians is desirable.
