Job Summary :
We're seeking a driven and creative Customer Experience and Engagement Manager to spearhead the company’s communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations and customer experience with a proven track record driving customer satisfaction, brand engagement, and business growth.
This is an on-site position located in Columbia, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Experience and Engagement
- Lead the customer service team, defining KPIs and managing escalations to ensure seamless experiences.
- Drive customer satisfaction through timely, exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Optimize customer service operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Partnerships and Growth
- Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and attract new customers.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, industry organizations and other strategic partnerships to amplify brand reach.
- Nurture key wholesale partners through tailored support and proactive communication.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, such as conferences, webinars, press coverage, awards, and other avenues.
Customer Insights and Advocacy
- Gather, analyze, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights to inform business needs, drive growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop internal communication strategies to promote company culture, values, and customer-centricity.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, customer experience, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven media relations and customer service expertise.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel and / or participate in marketing opportunities as needed.
- Experience in e-commerce a plus.
