What you'll do :

• Build and maintain detailed project level and business unit level forecasts (revenue, labor, gross / net margins), updating the models regularly to incorporate the latest information and data points so leadership can understand how recent trends are likely to affect the business.
• Meet with project managers and business unit leaders to assess actual performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure company financial targets are met.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting package for leadership, pulling out key insights to highlight.
• Prepare proposal pricing models in collaboration with business unit leadership and the SVP of Finance & Accounting.
• Support the annual budget process and monitor actuals versus budget monthly.
• Assist with system transformations and drive standardization, simplification, and automation of financial reporting.

What you'll need to succeed :

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field (minimum of High School Diploma is required).
• You have 4-7 years relevant corporate and / or consulting related experience in Government Contracting.
• You have excellent proficiency in MicroSoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools (i.e. PowerBI).
• You have experience with developing financial forecasts and understand cost accounting and indirect rate structures.
• You have experience supporting proposals or proposal pricing.
• You have a strong understanding of systems, processes, policies and procedures.
• You have a Secret level security clearance or the ability to obtain.
