Job Summary :
We are seeking a Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Pharr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phones, and performing clerical tasks such as data entry.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable
