We are a family owned restoration company, and we do work that matters by building trust with our clients when they have water damage in their homes.

We recently started a renovations department which has significantly impacted our company's revenue, and we are looking to grow and build this team!

You'll play a key role in allowing us to expand the number of projects we can complete, which will allow the company to continue grow and thrive for years to come.

Though residential construction knowledge is certainly a plus, it is not required! We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, a strong commitment to integrity, is a humble learner, and can keep up in a fast paced environment.

What would I be doing?

• Providing a WOW customer service experience while producing an excellent finished product and maintaining profit goals for the company
• Maintaining a familiarity with construction terminology
• Maintaining excellence in communication with homeowners, laborers, team members and building officials
• Staying organized in your daily calendar, keeping on task and being detail oriented
• Never settling, being intent on "moving the football down the field." When a client or team member has a need and you don't know the exact answer or way to help, be willing to be uncomfortable getting the answers you need by leaning on other team members
• Other duties may be assigned

• Providing a WOW customer service experience while producing an excellent finished product and meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals

• Setting up a calendar for the next day, achieving the goals set forth for that day and returning home at a normal time to have work / life balance
