Job Description :

HVAC Service Technician

This person will perform installation, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs of residential HVAC systems such as :

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

Must Haves :

• Experience working with Oil residential heating systems
• Previous experience installing and repairing HVAC systems within Residential / Commercial settings.
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience driving work van
• Customer service experience
• Ability to document and complete work orders using a tablet, computer, or cell phone
• Service heating systems
• Service HVAC systems
• Document services performed and parts used.
• EPA Universal Certification or both Type I and Type II EPA Certifications

Skills : EPA, HVAC, Maintenance, Compressors, Split Systems, VAV, Air Handlers, CRAC, VFD, refrigeration

Shift : 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM (Monday through Friday)

Schedule / Route is found out the day of work based on requests / work orders from the day and night before. It will all be within their designated territory.
