Compensation :
$45,000 + Bonus Eligibility
Responsibilities :
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming experience at Big Dave's Cheesesteaks in Charlotte, NC.
- Exhibit effective leadership and problem-solving skills to contribute to the store's success.
- Supervise and lead staff members while upholding standards of excellence and cleanliness.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations smoothly.
- Supervise the daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures.
- Motivate and guide a team of employees through training and feedback.
- Address customer complaints promptly and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Efficiently manage inventory levels by ordering stock and reducing waste to boost profitability.
- Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment as an Assistant Store Manager.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working as a store manager or assistant store manager is required for this role.
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for effective team collaboration.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a key requirement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary for success in this position.
